由于裝載機在比較惡劣的工地(比如巖石面)工作時經常發(fā)生爆胎，永保機械總結出一條快速更換裝載機輪胎的方法，具體如下：

(1)首先啟動機器，然后尋找一塊平坦開闊的場地，壓下動臂升降桿，利用動臂支撐使前輪離地，然后用支架支撐在閃橋靠近爆胎的一側，并將后輪楔好。

(2)利用撬杠等工具，拆卸擋圈及鎖圈然后檢查輪胎襯墊與輪輞外表面是否粘連。若發(fā)生可撤掉支撐物，使機器在短距離內慢速往復運行，直至襯墊與輪輞外表面脫離；嚴禁轉向和高速行駛，以免損壞內胎。然后，前輪重新支撐起來。

(5)外胎被釘子等細長異物扎傷后，若表面無明顯創(chuàng)口或創(chuàng)口較小，則此外胎可繼續(xù)使用(因為裝載機輪胎屬低壓胎，且運行速度比較慢)；若創(chuàng)口較大，則必須進行修補(因為機器運行時，輪胎受擠壓磨擦，時間一長就會損壞內胎，甚至創(chuàng)口越來越大、內胎突出，造成輪胎報廢。

更換后輪胎時，則需要另一臺裝載機或者其他起重設備輔助，將后輪胎支撐起來，其他程序則與更換前輪胎相同。
