濟南裝載機日常作業(yè)都需要油的潤滑，那么裝載機在安裝時應(yīng)該如何防治油液的污染，現(xiàn)在由永保機械的有關(guān)專家給大家介紹一下。
1、濟南裝載機液壓泵的吸油口應(yīng)安裝粗濾器，且吸油口處應(yīng)距油箱底部一定距離；

4、濟南裝載機液壓缸上應(yīng)安裝金屬防護圈，以防污物被帶進缸內(nèi)，并可防止泥水和光輻射對液壓缸侵蝕而引起泄漏；液壓元器件安裝前應(yīng)檢查、清理干凈其內(nèi)部的鐵屑及雜質(zhì)；

5、定期檢查液壓油，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)油液變質(zhì)、泡沫多、沉淀物多、油水分離等現(xiàn)象后應(yīng)立即清洗系統(tǒng)并換油。新油加入小型裝載機的油箱前應(yīng)經(jīng)過靜置沉淀，過濾后方可加入，必要時可設(shè)中間油箱以進行新油的沉淀和過濾，確保油液的清潔。
